Proposal:
Ponyville will receive a new library, to be called the Library of Harmony, in memory of it’s most famous citizens.
This will be a 44000 sq. ft. floor plan, with 2 stories (story separation is 14ft).
The Library of Harmony will be composed of six wings, one dedicated to the life works of each element bearer, and the a main rotunda.
The dragon Spike has agreed to run the library, having interacted with all the ponies this project is dedicated to.
